MOTIVATION
Brídín is the founder and heart behind "Orba Yoga Retreat & Health" Spa, a peaceful sanctuary nestled in nature. Orba was created as a space for rest, reflection and renewal combining yoga, Pilates, spa therapies and community.
The retreat reflects Brídín’s belief that wellbeing flourishes when people feel safe, supported and unhurried.
